  • Who Is a Pastor series continues October 5 and 12.  Learn more about God’s gift of pastors through this series on the New Testament book of Titus!   • FLC Youth will be attending a Concordia football game in Seward Nebraska on Saturday, October 11th. A Carpool will leave from FLC at 9am and arrive in Seward in time to visit the Fan Shop and have lunch before the game that begins at 1:00pm. Entry into the game and lunch will be paid for. All Youth and their parents are welcome to join. Please let Carrie Kolb know if you would like to attend by Sunday, October 5th.
  • Quarter 4 Mission - For October through December, all monies directed to the Mission Fund will be sent to Mission Central in Mapleton, IA. Rev. Steve Schulz, pastoral advisor at Mission Central, will be with us on Sunday, October 19th to preach and lead Bible study.
  • Devotional Resources - First Lutheran Church is dedicated to equipping individuals and families with the resources and tools they need to be in the Word of God on a regular basis. Check the church library or website for print and digital resources. 
  • Faith Foundations is an introductory 6-week class to the Lutheran Christian faith beginning this Wednesday October 1st at 7:00pm. Perfect opportunity for a refresher or becoming a member of FLC. Let Pastor Ryan know if you plan to attend. 
  • The Book of Revelation may seem scary - but should it be? Join us at Sunday Adult Bible study for an in-depth look at this marvelous book. Please read Revelation chapter 4 and 5 for next Sunday - Study Journals can be picked up at the church office.
  • The next Tuesday morning Adult Bible study will be Tuesday, October 7 at 9:00am. Come hear how St. Paul’s words continue to speak to us today!
  • Ladies Guild - Food Drive for Under His Wings. Through 10/12/25: ketchup, mustard & “Hamburger Helper”. The food drive will continue with a list of needed items appearing in the bulletin each week.  A collection box is in the Narthex.
  • The Belize Mission Team will be having a fundraiser at Arby’s in Bellevue on October 28th. Come out and support four FLC individuals who are committed to going with the Belize Mission Society in 2026. 
  • Save the Date! November 5th, 2025 the Ladies Guild will host the annual Luther Dinner. Watch for more information coming soon!
  • Faith Lutheran Academy - FLA’s new website, with all of the latest news and information: faithacademyne.org. The first FLA Board of Directors meeting is this Thursday, October 2. Please continue to keep this new startup in your prayers.
