  • Tuesday Adult Bible study has begun the book study, "The Messiah: Revealing Jesus in the Old Testament". It’s not too late to join! Session 2 will be Tuesday November 18. Pick up a copy of the book from Angela in the church office. Cost is $10/copy. 
  • Have you seen the church library lately? From devotionals to Children’s books to bible commentaries and study resources to Christian fiction, FLC is blessed with a biblical Christian library filled with newer titles and timeless classics. Stop in today to peruse the collection. A clipboard for check-out is near the bookshelves. See Meta Barnett if you have any questions.
  • 2025 Fall Stewardship Emphasis Please return commitment cards to Doug Wilkerson, FLC Financial Secretary. Forgot your card? Extras are available on the Information Table. 
  • Sunday Adult Bible study The Revelation study series will resume on Sunday November 23, looking at chapter 10. Pick up study booklets and previous chapter notes from Pastor Ryan. 
  • FLC Youth Group - This Saturday the Youth will be preparing Thanksgiving meals for SENCA. The Youth Christmas Party will be Saturday, Dec. 13th, 3:00-5:00pm at church.
  • Quarter 4 mission - All monies directed to the Mission Fund through the end of December will be sent to Mission Central in Mapleton, IA. 
  • Thanksgiving Eve Service - Join us Wednesday, November 26th at 6:30pm. Offering will be designated to the FLC Community Benevolence Fund to assist those in need in our community.
  • Toy Drive - The Sunday School will be leading a toy drive for Heartland Hope Mission’s Christmas Event during the month of November. We are asking for donations of new toys and clothes for children ages 0-18. There is a collection bin in the Narthex. Please help us share the love of Jesus with children in need.
  • The D.O.T. will once again take part in Historic Downtown Plattsmouth's Christmas on Mainstreet event on Saturday, December 6th, 4:00-8:00pm. The group will set up in front of Wilkerson's Art Studio and serve hot apple cider.  Authentic Victorian clothing is available by appointment for anyone interested.   • Advent by Candlelight featuring “The Sounds of Christmas” with the Concordia High School Band is set for Sunday, December 7th at 2:00pm at FLC. 
  • The Miracle of Jesus - This is a family event open to the community to learn about the miracle of Jesus. We invite all families to join us on Friday Dec. 12th, 6:00-7:30pm, as we craft, snack, listen and experience the true meaning of Christmas! Interested in volunteering?   • Faith Lutheran Academy - FLA’s new website, with all of the latest news, prayer calendar, and information: faithacademyne.org. Please keep this new startup in your prayers.
