  • Men's Breakfast! Wednesday, March 18th, 8:00am at the Country Bar and Grill. This breakfast is held on the third Wednesday of each month and is open to all men of First Lutheran! You don't need a reservation to attend, just show up!
  • The season of Lent continues - Join us for a Midweek meal and Vespers service every Wednesday evening! The meal for March 18 is a pasta bar to benefit Vacation Bible School. Mark your calendar for Holy Week Services: Maundy Thursday (April 2, 6:30pm), Good Friday (April 3, 6:30pm), and Easter Sunday (April 5, 6:30am and 9:00am). 
  • Reserve your Easter Lily now! $10.00 each - to order, pick up an envelope in the Narthex. Orders are due Palm Sunday. Please take your lily home on Easter Sunday.
  • Throughout the spring the Ladies Guild will be collecting non-perishable food items for Under His Wings food Pantry. Please look for a donation box in the Narthex.
  • Save the Date! Saturday, March 21st, 10:00am-1:00pm, Spring Fling presented by the Ladies Guild! Featuring a "Free Will Donation" Brunch with a Bake Sale and Bazaar. Proceeds to benefit Camp Luther, Camp Luther Scholarships for FLC camp attendees and LWML Mites and Missions.
  • Scholarships for Camp Luther! If your young person is interested in attending an event at Camp Luther this summer, please contact Suzanne Wilson about the scholarship opportunities that are available through the Ladies Guild.
  • Save the Date! 2026 VBS May 31st - June 4th - Rainforest Falls! Join your child for a family style meal at 4:45-5:15pm. VBS - 5:30-7:45pm
  • Join us for Sunday Education Hour! Education Hour begins every Sunday at 9:00am with a family devotion in the church basement. Interested in leading the devotion? All ages are welcomed to lead. Sign up today!
  • Sunday Adult Bible study will finish the study of the book of Revelation next week with chapter 22. Read ahead and join the discussion!
  • Tuesday Adult Bible study will meet again on March 17th, going through a new study based on Jesus’ Parable of the Good Samaritan. What does it mean that we do nothing to earn our salvation? Come find out how Jesus uses this parable to answer this question! 
  • The Q1 Mission Fund Recipient is Faith Lutheran Academy. Learn more about Faith Lutheran Academy and receive all of the latest news and updates at faithacademyne.org. Please keep this new Lutheran education startup in the south Omaha metro in your prayers. Quarter 2 begins April 1st and will benefit the Belize Mission Society.
